Sure, understand your customers needs. But do realize that one of their needs might be not to reveal their real needs.

Saving face is an important need too.

  2. DYNAMITE OBSERVATION!!! It’s one thing to know what your customers NEED, it’s quite another to know what THEY THINK THEY NEED.

    BTW, that ad is positively TRAGIC! I’m finding it hard to laugh its so bad!
